Michel Blumenthal

Michel Blumenthal is an engineer at the R&D department of Hublot watchmaking manufacture. He started his involvement with the Antikythera Mechanism by creating gear diagrams with Yanis Bitsakis for the article of Michael Wright, "The Antikythera Mechanism: Compound Gear-Trains for Planetary Indications". Together with Mathias Buttet and Yanis Bitsakis, he is designing an underwater drone that will assist the archaeologists in the "Return to Antikythera" expedition.
